"A week-long visit to Mount Shasta changed the course of my life.
This transformative experience, which included the support and encouragement of healers in the bio-energetic community, created a crack in the way I had been approaching life. My gaze shifted inward and my journey began. Eventually I found a modality that could support my evolving work with crystals and sound. Consuming everything I could find, leaving no stone unturned, I discovered Reiki. It resonated deeply within my core and synergized all the paths I had been exploring.
Reiki became my bridge.
Elizabeth is a Reiki Master in direct lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui - original Grandmaster of Reiki – earning her Reiki Levels I and II certifications under the tutelage of Alexandra Juliani, Reiki Master, of the American Reiki Academy and her Master certification from Dorothy Lee Donahue, Reiki Master and Healer of Energetic Alchemy. Elizabeth’s Reiki tradition is the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage.
The use of crystals and sound frequencies have been inspired by the work of Crystal Transmission Master Katrina Raphaell and scientist Joseph Puleo, respectively. Elizabeth is certified in the Flower of Life Workshop (the study of Sacred Geometry). She received her medicine name Crystal Dreamer from Lyn “Starflyer” Hopkins of the Sweet Rose Medicine Lodge and is the Water Pourer of The Crystal Dreamer Sweat Lodge, incorporating elements of Reiki, Crystals and Sound.
Elizabeth instructs and certifies Reiki I, II and Master Level and is Ordained to officiate marriage ceremonies in the State of California.
Elizabeth is a photographer and musician. A lover of nature and travel. A student of life.
