Should I eat something before the session?

You may eat up to 90 minutes prior to the session. Drink plenty of water.

 

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be resting under a soft blanket, with a bolster under your knees.

 

How can I prepare for the session?

Begin an inner dialogue, exploring what you would like to achieve in the session – then set an intention. Begin to visualize a loving and caring space for yourself.

 

Will I experience any pain or discomfort during the session?

Reiki is a “hands-off” modality and is therefore painless. 

 

Are you a certified Reiki Instructor?

Yes. As a Master Reiki Practitioner I instruct and certify Reiki I, II and Master Levels.
